DURHAM — A Durham man is under arrest for a carjacking last week in Chapel Hill.
A masked gunman stole a Jeep from Mill Creek apartments on February 26. The vehicle was taken from two UNC students.
Officers directing traffic Friday night at the CIAA basketball tournament discovered the jeep. Cicero Leak is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
