ORRUM — Robeson County investigators and the State Bureau of Investigation have a gruesome task on their hands. They are trying to determine the identity and the cause of death of a badly burned body.
A passerby spotted the body Monday night lying on top of a trash heap on a state road in Orrum. Investigators are treating the death as suspicious.
