RALEIGH — With fresh memories of what life is likeduring the aftermath of disaster, some Triangle volunteers are reachingout to help tornado-stricken Arkansas.
volunteers started loading a truck full of personal care items andcleaning supplies Monday afternoon. The Helping Hand Mission hopes to havethe truck, which was donated by Budget Rentals, headed west Monday night.
Most of the supplies are leftover donations from the Triangle's tanglewith Hurricane Fran.
