RALEIGH — The top leader in the state's Alcohol Law Enforcement division is stepping down under pressure from Gov. Hunt's administration. Last year, he came under fire after an investigation found that three ALE agents participated in sexual acts during an undercover investigation of massage parlors. Dale is the third official in the governor's administration to leave this week.
