DURHAM — A Durham man who has been charged with child abuse has turned himself in to authorities.
Andras Snell allegedly gave his 2-year-old son a sawed-off shotgun, then took a photograph of the child holding the gun.
The boy's mother is already in custody. Snell was scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon.
