RALEIGH — Two Raleigh teenagers have been charged with the Cherry Street murder of William Hyman. Javian Lucas and Tony Ellerby, both 19, are being held in Wake County Jail without bond.
Police say an argument between the three men was caught on a surveillance camera at a convenience store in Raleigh Wednesday night. Hours later, Hyman was found dead near his house. Police said a blow to the head killed Hyman.
