RALEIGH — An idea that would prevent teens from driving alone until they prove themselves behind the wheel has been circulating in legislative circles. Now, with the help of several public forums, the drive for a graduated licensing program is picking up speed.
One such forum is scheduled for Wednesday night at 7 at the North Raleigh Hilton on Wake Forest Road.
