DURHAM — The 10-year-old Durham girl who was attacked by a German shepherd dog is in satisfactory condition.
Nicki Foster was attacked Sunday while she skated with friends near her home. Friends and neighbors pulled the dog off of her.
She underwent surgery Sunday night for bites to her face, arm and leg. She now faces more cosmetic surgery.
