FAYETTEVILLE — An arrest warrant is out for a second suspect wanted in connection with the death of a Cumberland County man.
William Smith, 21, is wanted on charges of robbery, kidnapping and conspiracy in connection with the death of Gary Schutz.
The victim's body was found January 2, 1997 off a dirt road. His car was found earlier in another location.
Detectives say the suspects killed Schutz for money to buy drugs.
