DURHAM — If you, like many, spent the past weekendundecorating your home, and if you live in Durham, the city is ready topick up your discarded tree.
Pick-up started Monday and will continue through Saturday. Hours ofpick-up are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All you have to do is place your treeon the curb to take advantage of the city service.
If you prefer to do it yourself, you can take your tree to the city'slandfill free of charge. The landfill is located at 2115 East Club Blvd.in Durham.
