FAYETTEVILLE — Fayetteville police are looking for the person who opened fire today on a passing van.
Police say a woman was his by a bullet after someone fired shots at the van she was travelling in.
One of the bullets ripped through the back seat of the vehicle, hitting her in the hip.
The driver called from help from a supermarket one mile from the crime scene.
The victim is in stable condition.
