Teens Charged in Connection With Vandalism

CONCORD, N.C. — Three Concord teenagers are in jailafter they were charged with a racial attack on a predominantly blackchurch.

The three are accused of splattering the church with racist grafittiover the weekend. Police say the teens allegedly spray-painted slurs andswastikas on the outside walls and windows of Piney Grover A.M.E. Church.

The two 17-year-olds and an 18-year-old are charged with a felony.
