CONCORD, N.C. — Three Concord teenagers are in jail after they were charged with a racial attack on a predominantly black church.
The three are accused of splattering the church with racist grafitti over the weekend. Police say the teens allegedly spray-painted slurs and swastikas on the outside walls and windows of Piney Grover A.M.E. Church.
The two 17-year-olds and an 18-year-old are charged with a felony.
