RALEIGH — A Church's Chicken fast food restaurantwhich was forced to close Monday morning passed muster and was allowed toopen for business Tuesday.
The Church's on New Bern Avenue had sewage on its floor resulting froma clogged septic pipe Monday which prevented it from opening as planned. Ahealth inspector said the business had to fix the problem and sufficientlyclean the facility before it could serve the public.
Tuesday, the inspector returned and found everything to be in order.
