CARY — A few bricks, some brown paint and a littleluck could win the approval of the Cary Town Council as Gypsy Gilliamtries for the third time to get permission to build her shiny silverdiner.
Well, maybe not so shiny.
In her previous two tries, Gilliam was voted down because her dinerdidn't fit in with Devonshire Place's construction restrictions.
Now, the restaurateur has added a surrounding brick wall and a brownroof, so the diner will blend with the shopping center.
