RALEIGH — Wake County's most recent toxic spill happened Monday night on Highway 64. A Fremont driver has been charged inthe accident.
A tar truck overturned on a bridge over the Neuse River leaving asticky mess and miles of backed up traffic in its wake.
Investigators say Jean Ann Patterson accidentally cut-off the truck,with her vehicle, forcing the truck driver to lose control.
Police charged her with making an improper lane change.
