Posted December 3, 1996
RALEIGH — Raleigh City Council had a full agenda Tuesday, including naming a replacement for Eric Reeves, who was elected to the State Senate last month.
Attorney Stacy Miller will soon take over as the District D representative. He won over nearly a dozen other candidates.
Miller says his first act in office will take him to the people he represents.
Miller will serve on the council until next November when he will be up for re-election.
