RALEIGH — It's been over two months since HurricaneFran uprooted much of the Triangle, but some people are still trying tocope with downed trees and damaged homes. The elderly and disabled arehaving a particularly hard time, but even at this late date, there is somehelp on the way.
Volunteers from Michigan are scheduled to arrive in the TriangleThursday. The 200 helpers will spend three days trying to assist people inneed.
