RALEIGH — At dawn the temperature was 51degrees. The dewpoint was also 51 degrees, which creates a relativehumidity of 100 percent. That, in turn, creates dense, lingering fog andthat's what Triangle drivers had to contend with Wednesday morning as theyleft home for the early commute.
The sun finally made an appearance later in the morning and clearedthings up.
