Aggie-Eagle Classic Involves More Than Just Football

print friendly

Although the big event of the annual Aggie-Eagle Classic is the teams' annual football game, there will be plenty of other events throughout the weekend.

A block party will be held at Fayetteville Street Mall in downtown Raleigh starting at 4 p.m. Friday. A Greek step show will be at 7 p.m. at the Raleigh Convention Center, followed by a fashion show and silent auction at the BTI Center, starting at 8 p.m.

An "old school" after party will be held at the Sheraton Capitol Building at 9 p.m.

Starting on Saturday, a parade will be held in Raleigh from 10 a.m. to noon. The football game will be played at Carter-Finley Stadium at 6 p.m. Tickets are $23 for reserved seating, $18 for general admission and $15 for students. All tickets will be $5 extra on the day of the game.

After the game, there will be three after-game parties. North Hills Mall will host an after-game party starting at 9:30 p.m. After-game parties will also be held at the Raleigh Convention Center and the Durham Marriott.
