<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — All lanes are open to traffic again after a tractor-trailer overturned on eastbound Interstate 40.

The accident happened at around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday near Aviation Parkway in Morrisville. The accident had blocked two lanes of I-40 in that area.

Crews have since removed the tractor-trailer, but there are still heavy delays in the area.

An initial report from the Federal Aviation Administration indicates the small plane that crashed at Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Wednesday "bounced" as it attempted to land.
