FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Another family of a Fayetteville high school student hurt in a charter bus crash has filed a lawsuit.
The family of Jillian Hernandez-Adams, a student at
Massey Hill Classical High School
, is suing driver Darol Britt and AMA Tours Unlimited for motor-vehicle negligence. They are suing for damages in excess of $10,000.
Hernandez-Adams was among 46 people on board the bus that crashed April 6 near the Georgia-Florida border.
Two other families have filed similar lawsuits, but they also included the school system and trip chaperones in their suits.
