CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Firefighters battled a massive plant fire late Wednesday evening in Charlotte.
Flames poured from the Coyne Textile Company, located near Interstate 85 and the Billy Graham Parkway.
For a brief time, inbound flights to Charlotte Douglas Airport were delayed because of the threat of explosions within the building. At least two firefighters have been injured, but there is no word on their conditions.
