Prosecutors To Seek Death In Durham Shooting

DURHAM, N.C. — On Wednesday, prosecutors said they will pursue the death penalty for a man accused of shooting four people.

Prosecutors said Richard Terry killed a woman and injured three others at a home on Markham Avenue in June 2003.

Two other suspects, cousins Brian Hargroves and Dennis Hargroves, pleaded guilty. They will be sentenced after they testify at Terry's trial.
