<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Department of Correction employee was arrested May 13 for DWI. <br />

According to the arrest report, Shondra Robertson had a .13 blood aocohol concentration. In North Carolina, anything above .08 is illegal.<br />

Robertson was given a suspended sentence on a misdemeanor charge in the incident.
