RALEIGH, N.C. — Wake County Superior Court Judge Robert Hobgood dismissed on Wednesday a lawsuit challenging tax incentives awarded to Dell Computer for agreeing to build a computer assembly plant near Winston-Salem.
The suit was filed on behalf of seven North Carolina taxpayers. It claimed the incentives were unconstitutional.
