<b>SAMPSON COUNTY</b> — The Sampson County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help to solve a murder.

Authorities say Jarmar Smith, 20, was shot to death around 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.  He was pronounced dead at  Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Investigators say that they are looking for four men who were riding in a green Honda Accord. They say that they want to talk to the men and that they are not considered suspects.
