FORT BRAGG — The woman at the center of an apparent military love triangle appeared in a courtroom Monday afternoon.
Michelle Theer was at Fort Bragg to answer questions about a detailed timeline she wrote following her husband's death. Her husband, Air Force Capt. Marty Theer, was shot and killed outside her office back in December.
Army Staff Sgt. John Diamond is charged with Theer's murder. JAG attorneys say the timeline will help their case against Diamond. Theer's attorneys say the timeline was written at their request and should be confidential.
Theer has never been charged in the murder, but police say the case is still open. A judge could make a decision on the timeline as early as Tuesday.
