FAYETTEVILLE — Some Fayetteville firefighters traded in their helmets for chef's aprons Saturday for a very special cause.
Members of the Lafayette Village Fire Department whipped up bowls of spaghetti for an all-you-can-eat buffet.
It was a fundraiser for the wife of one of the board members for the volunteer fire department, who is battling cancer.
