First Lady Launches Meningitis Vaccine Ad Campaign

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — One shot can protect you from a dangerous disease.

That's the message behind a statewide meningococcal meningitis awareness campaign.

North Carolina First Lady Mary Easley kicked off the effort Thursday in Raleigh.

The campaign will use video public service announcements and print ads to target high school seniors.

One ad was created by Enloe High School's video production students.
