RALEIGH, N.C. — Wake County parents are launching an attack against the idea of year-round schools.
Parents Against Year-Round School Plan Petition
The online petition already has 600 signatures against the plan to convert schools. On Thursday, school board members moved ahead with a plan to switch all schools to a year-round or modified year-round schedule.
