CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A kindergartner in Charlotte is accused of stabbing a classmate with a pencil.
Investigators say the 6-year-old boy grabbed a pencil after a 5-year-old boy kicked him.
Teachers found it stuck in the 5-year-old's chest.
It was safely removed, and the boy should be OK.
The 6-year-old is charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
