DURHAM, N.C. — U.S. Marshals arrested a murder suspect Monday wanted in connection with a 2003 shooting.
Richard Terry is in the Durham County Jail after being found in Greensboro.
Terry is accused of shooting four people in a house on Markham Avenue in Durham. One woman was killed and a toddler was permanently injured.
Dennis and Brian Hargrove were arrested in 2003. Neither suspect has gone on trial.
