FAYETTEVILLE — The bus driver who crashed his bus in Georgia, injuring several Fayetteville students, was in court on Thursday.
Darol Britt left the courtroom quickly after asking for a continuance. He is charged with driving while ill or fatigued and with operating a motor vehicle in a condition likely to create an accident.
The crash happened as Britt was transporting students from Massey Hill Classical High School to a band competition in Florida. DMV investigators say he was not insured.
