Passaro Court Hearing Postponed

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — Monday's court hearing for David Passaro, the former CIA contractor accused of assaulting an Afghan prisoner who died in June 2003, has been postponed.

Passaro turned himself in last week after he allegedly violated the terms of his house arrest.

Passaro was allegedly out past his curfew when he was involved in a car wreck. Someone else was driving.

Last summer, he was arrested while on house arrest for assaulting his former girlfriend.
