<b>MOORE COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Moore County is making the friendly skies even friendlier for the airport's new tenant.

Commissioners voted to contribute some money to offset the cost of bringing in Delta air service.

The airport authority lured the airline by waiving lease fees and offering fuel discounts at a cost of about $214,000.

Delta plans to fly a single, daily flight to Atlanta starting June 22.
