SMITHFIELD, N.C. — Two teens accused of vandalizing a Smithfield cemetery now face additional serious charges.
John Taylor and Justin Byrd each face another 10 felony charges and 18 misdemeanor charges for defacing graves.
Police say the 16-year-olds admit they damaged nearly 50 gravesites earlier in March.
A Greenville company repaired the headstones for free.
