WAKE FOREST, N.C. — Multiple fire crews responded to a house fire Wednesday morning in Wake Forest.
Authorities said the house is located on 7516 Welcome Drive in the Waterfall Plantation subdivision.
Fire officials said the roof and upper floors of the structure collapsed into the basement.
According to Wake County real estate records, the house, which was built in 2003, was more than 4,000 square feet.
There is no word on the cause of the fire. There are no reports of any injuries.
