HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. — Firefighters saluted one of their own in Harnett County Monday.
A funeral procession for former chief Louis Joseph wound through the county, his flag-draped casket riding on the back of a 1940s-era fire truck.
Lewis spent 45 years with the Erwin Fire Department.
He died last week after a bout with cancer.
