DURHAM, N.C. — The Bull City is mulling over a multimillion-dollar makeover for an old ballpark.
The Durham Athletic Park is falling apart. City officials plan to renovate and now a nationally recognized developer wants to help!
Struever Brothers Eccles and Rouse, known for its work on Baltimore's Inner Harbor and Boston's Fenway Park, has put in a bid to fix up the DAP.
The company said the work will cost about $11 million.
The City Council is considering the bid.
