DURHAM, N.C. — Two Durham men are charged with murder.
Dontae Jones, 18, and Nicholas Mack, 17, are charged in the shooting death of 24-year-old Alvin Jones.
Durham police say Alvin Jones was shot Saturday afternoon on Junction Road.
Dontae Jones drove the victim to the hospital where he later died. The victim is not related to Dontae Jones.
