RALEIGH — While most of what you hear from dogs is not particularly melodic, some dogs actually can carry a tune -- sort of anyway.
Jill Fetters of Raleigh and her dog, Buddy, are singing partners. The two competed in a singing pet contest sponsored by Advantage Flea control.
Some dogs showed off their dance moves. One person was impressed enough to adopt a dog from theWake County SPCA. The contest helps raise money for Triangle animal shelters.
Buddy was a national finalist last year; this year's winner will be announced in September.
