Janet Jackson, MLB Have Innovative Pages

print friendly

If you are looking for some interesting sites online, you can have a lot of fun with Janet Jackson's new hit "All For You", and baseball fans can vote online for their favorites for the All-Star game.

The Major League Baseball Web site lets fans vote for their favorite All-Star players. You have to sign up and there is a special registration number you must include with the ballot. You select one player for each position and three outfielders in each league.

A maximum of 25 ballots can be submitted per person.

The fan balloting determines the eight position players in each league and the designated hitter in the American League. You will also find video highlights for each player nominated as well as statistics for each position. The All Star game is a popularity contest, so this is a great way to make your choice known.

If you are a Janet Jackson fan, you can do a customized mix of her new song "All For You" online.

You get into the mix by going to Jackson's official site.

Once loaded, you can re-mix the song. For instance, you can add drums, Janet's voice and back up singers.

There are also very short "extras" you can add, and you can adjust the volume of each track, panning the sounds to left or right speakers.

One thing you cannot do is record and keep your mixed masterpiece

The Janet Jackson site also contains streaming audio and video of hit songs from five of her best selling albums.
