RALEIGH, N.C. — New designs for Raleigh's historic carousels may go round and round.
At last check, plans called for the carousels to be fully enclosed. However, some city council members had concerns about the carousels losing their open air feel.
The first of several public meetings about the issue is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall.
