FAYETTEVILLE — A dump truck driver may be at fault for a crash that tied up rush hour traffic in Fayetteville Thursday morning.
A dump truck flipped over and clipped a utility pole just after 7 a.m.
Police believe the driver, James McMillian, was going too fast and may have run a red light as he was coming down the MLK Freeway to turn onto Ramsey Street.
Traffic was rerouted while crews fixed the downed power lines. McMillian was not injured.
