The TikTok legislation was included as part of a larger $95 billion package providing foreign aid to Ukraine and Israel and was passed 79-18. It now goes to President Joe Biden, who has backed the TikTok proposal and has said he will sign the package as soon as he gets it.

<b>CHAPEL HILL, N.C.</b> — You will not find any University of North Carolina fans in court Monday for celebrating too much after their team's big win on Saturday.

Chapel Hill police did not make any arrests or give out any citations related to the weekend party on Franklin Street.

UNC fans swarmed the street after their team's win over top-ranked Duke.

Fans started several small bonfires on Franklin Street, but the fires were all out by 1 a.m. Officers say the crowd did not give them any trouble.
