FAYETTEVILLE — The last of the Fayetteville high school students injured in a bus crash is out of the hospital.
Brian Evans came home from a Georgia hospital Wednesday night. Nearly a month ago, the 15-year-old and 11 other students fromMassey Hill Classical High Schoolwere hospitalized after the crash.
Evans suffered third-degree road burns. He has already had four painful surgeries and faces months of therapy.
"Therapy is going to be horrible but I have to do that, so I can get my range of motion," he says.
Because of the risk of infection, Evans still cannot go back to class. He will be doing his schoolwork from home.
