JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — The Secretary of Defense is coming to Camp Lejeune on Friday to attend the activation of a new Marine Corps special operations command.
This will be Donald Rumsfeld's second visit to North Carolina in less than a year. In May, he spoke to the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg.
