<b>WAYNE COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Three people have been arrested in Wayne County after a search at two residences uncover drugs and thousands of dollars.

On Friday, authorities searched 186 Cougar Lane in Wayne County and 1391 Gurley Dairy Road in Pikeville. They found cocaine with a potential street value of approximately $200,000. In addition, more than $59,000 in cash was seized from the residences.

Ignacid Diaz Torres, Rafael Jaminez and Carlos Chavez have been arrested and charged in connection with the investigation. Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
