More Than Two Months After Disappearance, Search Continues for Missing Boy

ROSEBORO — More than two months after a Sampson County boy disappeared, the search for him continues near his Roseboro home.
With no new leads in the case of Buddy Myers, Sampson County officials say they will once again dive some ponds in the area. It could happen as early as Saturday, but no firm date has been set.
Myers' family believes he was kidnapped, and investigators are not ruling out anything. They say they will continue to search in the water so they could eliminate that he drowned.
Three of Buddy's relatives have taken lie detector tests. The sheriff says they are not considered suspects.
