<b>RALEIGH</b> — A tractor-trailer overturned on the Inner Beltline, causing major traffic delays in the area.

The tractor-trailer carrying lumber turned over at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on the Highway 64 East on-ramp. The truck was leaving Capital Boulevard when its payload shifted.
